Remember these?
There are onion goggles. They're to prevent you from tearing up when you cut up onions. What a freakin' cool idea.
Anyways, this year she surpassed herself with this guy:
It's a garlic twist. Kind of.
You stick the garlic in the little rolling chopper thingy.
Then roll it around for a few seconds.
Then dump the perfectly chopped up garlic in the pan. And ignore my worn sweatshirts. Not a whole lot of things fit me anymore.
Isn't it freakin' awesome? Then you take it apart, rinse it, and get it ready for another use.
I find myself chopping a lot of garlic. That I don't need. And usually don't use. But it's so much fun! Who can resist?
Oh and she also got us these:
For buttering and de-silking corn. I think I need to go buy some corn.
I totally want one of those. I'm jealous! How awesome is that?!?!?!

ReplyDeleteI want the garlic thing! What is it called so I can go buy one?? I had the butter guy and after a couple uses he got pretty dirty and gross.
ReplyDeleteThose are sooo cool!!! I love kitchen gadgets but I never use them because I hate cleaning up after! My husband will use every gadget just for a peanut butter & jelly sandwich though! But I could use a garlic spinner thingy! We looooovvvveee garlic :)
