I have used the recipe of pasta with Parmesan and bacon from cooking light many times. It is a great recipe when having guests over.

My favorite recipe is my Dad's Banana Bread, which after 20 some-odd-years he told me was really the "American Heart Association"'s Banana Bread!

The best part is that you can use powdered butter milk, powdered egg whites, and splenda and it STILL tastes amazing!

A favorite recipe is so hard, but I LOVE homemade lasagna so I think I would say that. But I also love taco soup when I need something super quick and easy, but good. Those recipes (and a few others) are listed here: http://whenagirlsgottagab.blogspot.com/search/label/Recipes

ReplyDeleteFavorite Recipe:
ReplyDeleteChris's quick and easy hummus:
1 can of chick peas
1 tbs water
2 tbs mayo
1 squeeze of lemon
Salt and pepper
Very little garlic
Put it all in a blender, I use a magic bullet. Blend until smooth. If its too chunky then add a little more water or mayo. I drain the chick peas and rinse them before blending.
Put in a wrap or dip with your favorite chip/cracker etc. Very tasty!
