Top 5 TV shows I dig right now

In case we haven't met, I will let you in on a little secret.  I change my mind about almost everything all the time.  Well, almost everything.  Obviously I will always love the hubs and the pups and continue to care about the important things in my life, but that's about it.  My interests in music, TV, movies, activities, games, favorite drinks, books, etc change almost as often as the weather in the Northeast.

So when I do any of the top 5 lists, keep in mind that it's a point-in-time sort of thing.  If you ask me the same questions tomorrow I may or may not have a different answer.  So here goes.

Top 5 TV shows, in no particular order (pics are from google)
The Big Bang Theory

This show is beyond hilarious.  Like, pee-your-pants, can't-stop-laughing, once-actually-fell-off-the-couch, my-stomach-hurt-for-hours, hilarious.  A hot girl moves in next door to some hard-core geeks.  One of the geeks falls in love with her.  They all become good friends.  That's the plot.  The best part is the roommate of the geek that falls in love - he is freaking ridiculous.  He's obsessive, compulsive, outspoken, neurotic, self-centered, full-of-himself.  He's amazing.

How I Met Your Mother

If you don't watch it - start now.  I literally just have two words for you: Barney Stinson.

Greek

Don't judge me.  I see that look on your face.  It's cute, ok?  I mean, who doesn't love a good girl who falls for the bad boy who doesn't think he deserves her?  I'm a 14-year old at heart.

30 Rock

A show about a TV show kind of like SNL.  But everyone at this production is insane.  The relationship between the two main characters is a really messed up mentor relationship.  The main character has no shame and no clue about life.  Her mentor is an old-school playboy.  Secretly, I think they're meant for each other, but it's not that kind of show.

Entourage

It's not just because the main character is hot.  It's because he's a playboy that gets a different chick or 5 every episode.  His career goes up and down, his buddies are his groupies.  The whole LA movie scene is freaking harsh but fun to watch.  And the #1 reason I love this show is Ari Gold.
Ok- your turn. Share.  I have no life and my DVR is only 50% full right now, so let's hear 'em.

  1. The Big Bang is my absolute favorite show. A few weeks ago when they dressed up in costume I had to rewind the part where Sheldon knocks on Penny's door super fast like 10 times cause it was so funny. I even watched it the next day while I was doing the Elliptical and had to stop and get off so I didn't injury myself from trying to Elliptical and laugh.
